For the last three years or so I have shared my New Year’s Resolutions on this blog to keep me accountable and on track. You can see a couple here and here. What I find most inspiring about writing down my resolutions is the sense that they are no longer temporary. In other words, because I have written them down and shared them with the world, they are no longer a mere fleeting thought that I should consider but more of an actionable to-do list.

This coming year will be more about giving back in big ways. I want to get more involved with my community, donate more time, help others while also helping myself. This year will be more about self care. Meditation, sleep and leisure. I want to travel, meet new people and explore the idea of living a life that enriches me rather than depletes me.
