It’s hard to believe, but summer is just around the corner, so that means it is time to start cleaning up the patio and hosing off the deck. A great way to freshen up your outdoor space is with an amazing outdoor rug. Rugs add great depth and color to your outdoor space and add much needed color sex appeal…which I love! They are also easy to use as your main palette to create a fun new look. Take for example the rug shown above. Using this as my starting point I created this new look for my patio:

All I did was start with the rug. Where last years patio had more aqua, this years arrangement holds more orange, black and gold. And I cannot wait to get my new drapes! What do you think?
