A few weeks ago it was announced that I was one of ten designers chosen to cover the #DesignBloggersTour at Highpoint Market. What an honor. For those who are unsure of what Highpoint is, it’s a small town in North Carolina where twice a year designers from all over the world come to view the latest furniture and accessories leaders. The top furniture makers, craftsman, accessory lines, artists, and anyone who’s someone, come together for Market.
Highpoint is essentially design mecca for the interior design industry. It’s where a lot of American furniture comes from. And anyone who is someone goes here to get face to face with vendors, manufacturers, and of course, the latest trends about to hit market. Wanna know the hottest color forecasts? See the latest trends? Well, you gotta go to Highpoint.
Every season marks a trend. Whether it be an animal accessory, a certain color combo, or a stylish and sexy line in an armchair, at Highpoint trends are launched every six months. Once in April and once in October. And I’m excited that I was chosen as one of the top ten bloggers to cover this seasons spring market. Want to follow along? See what we see? It’s as easy as picking up your phone or iPad and following the hashtag #DesignBloggersTour. The tour starts April 16th – 20th. This hashtag gives you front row seats to everything that is unveiled to us. I’m even going to try my hand at Facebook video, hey no promises, but there’s nothing like seeing it live, right?
Additional information about the tour can be found online here. And remember, if you want to follow along, just use the hashtag: #designbloggerstour. My fellow bloggers joining me on the tour are:

Thanks for sharing and I paid it forward on my facebook page. Love the idea of following all ten of you for a way to hone in on updates in my cabin this summer!
Want to work with me virtually for your blog? It would be sooooo fun as I am just a dreamer!
That said, I have an amazing cabin on the lake in Northern Wisconsin. You could make it a showplace! Pretty please?????
