So I wanted to put this together for you. I was inspired to do this show on behalf of all the moms out there, but these tips are universal and work for everyone.

How to Remove Negative Energy From Your Home

  1. Stop eating meat.
  2. Minimize or eliminate television.
  3. Use the Internet to serve you not destroy you.
  4. Do only things that make you feel good and are encouraging.
  5. Get out in nature.
  6. Eliminate negativity.
  7. Get near moving water.
  8. Get out of your house and meet up with positive people.
  9. Meditate.
  10. Drink alkaline water.  *(check with your doctor first!)
  11. Do yoga.
  12. Get out in the sun.
  13. •.Go out alone even if it’s just for a cup of coffee.   • Connect with your best girlfriends.  * Have a pedicure. * Take a class.
