Today I have on Yoga instructor and local owner of Half Moon Yoga, Robbie Short. I’ve gone to many studios here in Nashville and one of my favorite aspects of Robbie’s studio is that she honors what yoga truly is: philosophy with complimentary yoga poses. Her dharma talks are one of my favorite aspects of class and back in October her dharma talks consisted of the chakras. Today we are going to talk about her journey from an airline stewardess to yoga teacher, benefits of yoga and why everyone should be doing it, and the power of the chakras and the #metoo movement!
