3 New Years Tips For a Better You

My team and I would like to wish you a glorious, rewarding and productive new year. For us, this year means getting organized, being present, spending less time on our phones and other electronics and really making a difference in the lives of our clients. We are adding new services, and new contributors to create healing environments within your home. We realize that your home is a sanctuary that helps you restore, regroup and energize who you are at the core. Our goal is to kick start the process and give you the tools necessary to accomplish the best version of you. In the meantime, until we have a chance to work together, here are three tips to kick start your new you for the new year:

Be fancy with your goals

Invest in yourself, hire a coach. Whether it’s for business, personal development, or fitness, a coach is a great way to set goals and stay accountable. You’ll be amazed at what you can accomplish with someone who can keep you present and focused! And words cannot describe how you will feel when it’s been achieved.

Establish one sustainable practice.

It’s easy to put your head in the sand and pretend like change is not occurring; unfortunately that only lasts until you get hungry or have to pee. Change one room in your home to LED bulbs (like your kitchen), eat one meal a week that is meatless, grow an herb garden, or commute to work with a coworker. Small changes make a big difference and this is the future.Change must occur in order to take care of mother earth.

Improve your mood.

Many clients I come in contact with are over worked and stressed out. Putting others before yourself is no longer an option. Yes, it is always good to give back and help others, but doing it at the stake of your own health equals a martyr not a saint…. which makes you a victim. Whether it be work, family, or other obligations you cannot give to others if you don’t give to yourself. Each of us has our own thing that brings us joy. Yoga, meditation, scrapbooking, gardening, shaving the cat…what ever ‘it’ is do more of it. When you can become more centered and grounded you become more content and peaceful. And you’ll be amazed and what this can do for your mood and the others around you, not to mention your attraction factor.

Love yourself as much as you love others.

True Love

Have a wonderful and joyous New Year. Happy 2014!
